The independent entrance, dedicated to the single estate with a large paved parking lot, welcomes us to the property immersed in the greenery of a garden surrounded by numerous Mediterranean plants. Surrounded by wonderful oleanders, there is a swimming pool with a large staircase, solar shower, sundeck with deck chairs and umbrellas.
From the shared panoramic terrace it is possible to enjoy a wonderful view of the lake and of the surrounding hills.
